Yes, snorkeling in the house reef is free of charge. If you request a snorkeling guide, it is subject to an extra charge.
Do you have a dive school?
No, we do not have a dive instructor at the resort. To dive at Wai Island, it is required to have at least an Open Water certification.
Can you arrange dives for me to see specific sea life?
Yes, we can organize dives tailored to your specific requests and skill levels. Please share with us in advance the details of your dream dive, and we will do our utmost to facilitate it. However, it's important to understand the following: Marine creatures are free-roaming and their presence in a specific area is unpredictable. They naturally move according to their own patterns and needs. We adhere to eco-friendly diving practices and do not disturb wildlife to ensure sightings. While we strive to provide you with the best possible diving experience, we cannot guarantee sightings of specific sea life. Nature is beyond our control. We encourage divers to enjoy the beauty and diversity of the marine environment, regardless of which specific creatures are encountered.
Can you organize private dives?
Yes, we can organize private dive excursions, but please note that these are subject to availability and an extra charge.

Yes, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, which is non-refundable. However, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your stay within 12 months from your original check-in date. A secure payment link is provided for your convenience to pay the deposit using your credit card. Once we receive confirmation of your booking, we can hold your room for one week while awaiting proof of transfer.
